Raw making question!

Hello! Tonight I made my first batch EVER of raw food!!! SO PROUD. But!! After making everything, packaging up and freezing.. I plopped on the bed to realized I may have messed up ‍♀️

I bought 4 lbs of rabbit chunked meat
1 lb of organ meat ( I used 75%) alnutrition +calcium (6 scoops)
Taurine
( green lipped mussel and salmon oil I gave to add on individual meals daily)

I grinded the rabbit, added the organs, added the scoops. Added the taurine and mix with my hands as best I could.. I didn't want to over mix. I then put equal scoops of everything into sterile pyrex freeze containers and froze everything up. I have some in the fridge for his meals.. he was literally eating it ferociously and in love.. which is incredible considering he is 10 years old and has eaten only dry food for mass majority of his life. So.. amazing. Anyways.. my issue is that I later read .. I should have put scoops into water to completely dilute the alnutrition for it to equally distribute !! Did I make a huge error ?? It was so expensive to make this, I felt like I did mix for a good while .. but I am totally doubting myself now.

I was thinking maybe with each container to add some water to it and give it a good mix before serving to him.. any advice on this would be great . Sorry for rant! Thank you!!

Okay well update anyways.. lol.. so after pondering about my mistake I further realized I had 2 lb bags instead of 1 so zi had a total of 8 lbs of rabbit... LOL.. so I dumped all the meat back into a bowl and it defrosted again in fridge overnight. I then mixed in more organ meat and a slurry water/alnutrition mix of the 6 scoops I didn't put in. I added a bit more water and mixed a bit more. Finally. Won't make that mistake anymore.

Now though. . My cat was in love with eating it last night and doesn't seem to want to touch it now.. so. There poses my next hurdle.

Thank you!! I have been mixing about 50/50 raw and his wet food.. which I don't want to do because the possible imblance of nutrients. But if it is just for a week? Just to transition... do you think it is okay? He loves it

Hope raw feeders will jump in, specially the ones that make their own raw food.
I read before that some add a little pumkin so their cat likes the food more. Or mix it with wet food, in the beginning more wet food then raw food and then slowly less wet food and more raw food.
Hope your boy learns to love it

Yes! I hope that is correct.. I have been doing that with wet and raw.. but I guess my concern is.. I made the raw food which has (meat/organ/alnutrition/taurine) already in it.. so by mixing with the wet food. . Having whats in the wet food plus what is in the raw food.. is that okay to be eating both like that?
I thought transition time would be quicker but it might be like a month of transitioning

I heard lots of people mixing the raw and wet food for a few weeks so I think that it's no problem. But I don't have experience with it myself.
