Flash is a good boy and this is not his fault. I am a rescuer, primarily of older cats so that they won't be put down. Flash came into my life 3 years ago not long after my mom had passed away. He is such a loving boy, wants to got to sleep right up next to me in the bed. He likes to go visit the backyard and RUN. He runs back and forth 3-5 times and he is done. Then, he is once again a couch potato. He's not a fan of clothing. He will wear it for a few hours, but then wants to return to his "nudist" self. He does love a good blanket, though.
The reason I want a new home for him is that he is stressed. There are multiple "wanna be Alphas" in my home and Flash is unhappy. I don't want that for him. He deserves a home where he can be loved on and not worry about the "alpha jerks" sneaking up on him. Yes, I have worked on this, calming diffusers, etc and it has been months of failure on my part. I finally had to make up my mind. I cannot be home 24/7 to stop the insanity, because I work, and I worry about him when I am not there. There have been no injuries to him, but I can see that he is unhappy.
