Switching Brands of Pre-Made Raw

Wondering if anyone knows if switching from one brand of pre-made raw to another requires a slow transition similar to that of switching kibble or wet food?

When I switched Winston to a raw diet itself I did it cold turkey and it was actually what fixed his GI problems. Now I'm wanting to switch to something with a smaller grind and don't want to cause any colitis, etc. I'm changing from NV Chicken to Primal Chicken and Salmon if that helps.

I don't think it's really needed but why not do it just to be safe? That way Winston can also get used to the different texture and flavour and reduce the risk of him refusing it.

It never hurts to transition....especially when he's got a delicate tummy.
