A New Harness?

Hello, everyone!

Recently I have been teaching Coggs to walk on a leash...he's no longer stressed about the harness, and I put it on him daily just to get him more adjusted to it. The thing is, it's a pet store nylon harness, so, should I get a new one? I'm just afraid that the material might rub on his skin...is it worth purchasing a new one?
So far he doesn't seem that irritated by it, but just in case.
Also, if I should get a new one, do you have any specific recommended brands?

I just use the nylon ones. but I only have them on when we are going somewhere. They have staied on for a week when we are traveling without a problem.

I use the same one as you do. If you are worried about the skin, I put a shirt on Akali first and put the harness over it. That way I dont have to worry about her skin getting rubbed and she doesnt mind the shirt on under it.

i was eye'ing those Nylon Harness's, now with the idea of a shirt under it , i deff will get it too next time i am out.

I purchased a padded one at Petco but it is too big so I will have to return it. They have smaller ones for ferrets that looked promising but I will have to take the kitties in to get a good fit. I just worry about exposing them to germs there. Also since they are almost 9 months old I don't know how much more they will grow.
