Thanks Susi, but you're right, Cleo would not like underpants. She loves long, flowing skirts though... She got her kiss though. Get better quick.

So then I come on here, and read this wonderful thread--gosh, you make me cry from all the nice things you said. Thank you Sara for the incredibly kind words. I don't know if I earned such wonderul praise, but my cup runneth over! I love each and every one of you and your words mean more to me than you could possibly know. This place truly IS my lair--my safe place from the rest of the world. Thank you all for being my friends and for being part of my family too.

Well, I guess it worked! My attitude is now one of gratitude. (But I still feel like crap! LOL)

I didn't mean to make you cry, I was just trying to convey into words as feeble and inadequate as they were, just how much you mean to me, and my whole family. I'm a better Sphynx parent because of you.
And the fact that you and my beloved Lily share a birthday just makes me feel that much more connected to you!
Please don't cry, I love you, and its not a sad day, its a happy day!!!!

I am humbled that you would think enough of me to say such lovely things. I only hope I deserve half of what you said about me! Thank you. No, Lily didn't see the post yet. She fell asleep about 4 minutes after she climbed out the the bathtub and put on her jammies!
And she's snoring peacefully next to her father and Elvira [who are both also snoring by the way...its the lovely "snore symphony in E flat I believe], which means I'll have roughly four square inches of bed to sleep on tonight!!!!
