yup,,,lysine!!!!!!!! Thankfully i've never had a cold sore but I hear they are dreadful...I sorry, I hope you feel better soon!

I get them on occasion and yep... Lysine and Campho-Phenique!! Forget the expensive Abreva!! Campho works WAY better!!!

OUCHIE,,my grandmother used to use campho for something, I forget what ,,maybe canker sores?? That crap stung like the dickens!!

I saw a commercial today for Herpecin HL30,,,the commercial was convincing enough to me. Made me think of poor Tess.

Oh but the campho so burns!!!!!!! Just put some on. Just spent the evening in the hospital. JW's grandma had a minor stroke, she is 90. I am so sad that she will spend NY eve in hospital. I guess we will bring the party to her, til 9 when visiting hours are over. I am sure she will be asleep by that time anyway.

Well my last two biopsies came back ok. I have some issues with hormone levels but nothing that can't be fixed. Now I have to get one of my lymph nodes in my groin biopsied. Ahhh this sucks. It is a needle one that I have to have local anesthetic for. I am having it Monday, which pissed my off because I have my deductible paid so I was trying to get in before year end. Hoping for a cancellation but they told me it is not likely. I guess I have to make my deductible sooner or later. Just want to get it done. I HATE NEEDLE!
Don't really want to talk about this with people but wanted to let you guys know.

talking about it, and getting support from friends, makes the needle a little better to take. So I say
take that needle, and stick it to the MAN. daym, how old am I

Oh Tess, I am sorry to hear about JW's grandma. You all can't catch a break I hope 2011 is a better year for you. Cheers to celebrating NYE with Grandma in the hospital-- that is so sweet.

Yeah it sucks but has to be done. Just making a budget as we speak, want to make sure I always have a little on the side and especially for the kids!!!!
Thanks guys for the positive thoughts. Going to see Grandma, she is not happy about being in there and she is a feisty 90 year old.
