Anyone who feeds raw? HELP

Alright so I have a few questions. I was dead set on going with the Sojo's (a freeze dried mix that you add water to, just makes it a bit easier to make) however
I found out that they don't sell Sojo's in Canada and don't ship to Canada either (boooo). So, I've concluded that BitR is my food of choice for my little girl (I'm picking her up in August, she will be 4 months old). I'm starting to prepare now though, because I've never done the raw meat diet for cats before. So, here's a few questions.
When I get the meat, is it a bad idea to freeze it? Like say there was a sale on ground turkey or ground chicken and I bought a bulk of it, would it be safe to store it in my freezer, and then take some out, de-thaw it, and make the bitr mix? I know you should re-freeze leftovers, and know that it's a danger to humans to freeze/dethaw/refreeze. Does the same go for cats?
Or do I have to buy the packages one at a time and go until I run out?

make your Meat fresh, dont re freeze, thats my opinion. Thats what i do.

for how much i usually do 2 times the recipe, 4 lbs meat and i use now zipy bags small ones depending on how much i freeze per bag.
I do some 2 oz bags and some 4 oz bags . My lil man eats more then the older Cat.
Babies under 1 year , you let them eat usually what ever they can eat in one feeding in 15 min. I would start with 3 oz bags .
Make diff portions, 2 oz , 3 oz and 4 oz . Mine starting to be not as hungry in the Mornings and more at night. He actually starts to walk away now from Food. ( he never did before )
I feed 3 times a day .. approx 2 oz per portion .
I do not put back in fridge , if there is leftovers, i throw them out.
You have to play with the portions and your cats appetite.... until you get to know how much she eats and all.
