Here is the list our veterinary hospital shared with us of products that are approved by the VOHC for dental health care in cats.

sharing, I tried the Pro Den plaque off powder years ago with my pups for almost a year, buying the largest container. It did not make any difference
Tried the T/D rx for the pups. really no difference either. So I switched to the non rx dental and use as treats. I personally don't use greenies here as they can break in chunks and risk an obstruction,
The vet tech pushed healthy mouth products they sell in office. .I went home and checked prices and called company for more info.

I had a nice talk with the tech who shared this list. I said although it is great to have some products get the seal of approval, so much of dental health is genetic just like with humans. She said absolutely.

I just got that sheet last week when we took Lila for her annual wellness exam! No issues but said tartar is starting to build up so they said to try items on that list before we decide to do dental work. Ordering some items now!
