I went to help my breeder with a show this weekend and she gave me an awesome Christmas gift! A beautiful hand painted silk scarf with Gizzy and Ziggy on it!

She custom ordered it from an artist who does cats and angels. I've seen her as a dealer at couple of cat shows. It was such a surprise! I've been surprised twice this year with gorgeous kitty artwork!

Unfortunately no. Because of the antibiotics he's been taking for the tail surgery the test he needs to clear him could give a false negative, so we have to wait a bit longer. His tail is healing nicely though and we've been giving him breaks from his cone. We have started some peeks through the door and nose to nose contact while holding them. Doing that we should be okay regarding not transferring the parasite 'cause it's only passed through wet feces.

He is. He definitely wants out the door. I feel so bad keeping him shut up so long, but if we let him out too soon we run the risk of the other three catching it, then it'd be much harder to get rid of. We are thinking of trying to do a few *very* closely observed playdates after baths. We'd have to make sure there was no litter box use or butt licking. Not sure if we should attempt it though.
