Bacterial infection?

Gosh, I'm always so afraid for my little girl. She isn't even a year old and I just feel like I've failed her so much, she's got this rash that the vet doesn't know where it came from and now there's this on her little bean. I don't even know when this started, I'm so meticulous about cleaning her feet and then suddenly I noticed this after not bathing her (she had medication she was taking and the vet advised me not to bathe her for a little bit). She's not limping so I don't think it's a burn or cut but it's possibly a bacterial infection and I don't have an appointment until her follow up in a few weeks to see if her allergy improves with a new food.

@Lucyfurless , awh , you are not failing her. not the first we have seen yeasty or bacterial on toes.

@Catzzzmeow , @kauna @Toa and Ross and others for suggestions
I just always feel like she deserves better and I KNOW it's because of my sensitivity to animals but SHEESH. My baby isn't even officially a year old and I've gone through such trials with her.

We live in Miami, and it just doesn't seem like her vet is able to help much. She's a great vet and all, but the breed is so rare here that it's hard to get a proper diagnosis sometimes. I wanted to ask her if I could use the douxso s3 wipes seeing as she's still shy of a year old and it's hard when they're closed until tomorrow morning. I did send the pictures for her to see however.
