...So Emma Leigh decided to get on our slate kitchen table this morning (which is a no no for kitties), but she made sure that to picked a spot on the table that would keep her bottom warm from the freezing cold tile

I know it’s splitting hairs but she’s actually sitting on a napkin so I don’t think she’s breaking the “no cats on the table” rule.

Um, please imagine me saying this with my head tilted, in the nicest of ways, and of course on behalf of Emma but, "YOU GOT LAWYERED!".

P.S. I sent that picture to Patti (catzzzmeow) as a joke the other day.

You're not alone, Moses has what we call his "butt-warmer" on the counter. It is the only place he sits on the counter. It's actually a PINK neck warmer my mom bought to wrap Fluffy in but she wouldn't stay in it. So she put in on the counter to remind me to return it and Moses parked himself on it and started to gut growl if you tried to move him from it. So now that is where he its, for hours and watches the world. He loves it. If you wash it, he'll do the same as Emma, sit on anything else on the countertop keep his butt warm. Once it was a glove.

aww that's so cute!!! What a smart little lady!
When Odette's paws get cold she just warms up on my laptop, never mind if I'm using it, or that she closes several windows and plays really loud music with every move she makes.

Ok...Jenn, you need to join the Buck Naken & Lenore law firm as the issuer of summons.

Emma Leigh is the co founder of the Buck Naked & Lenore law firm, so I get hosed on any legal or contract disputes every time they come up.

Now that Lenore is on cat-turnity leave (yes, Lenore is now in the process of making this into law for all cats to take 3 months off to take care of new human siblings or if they have their own litters), the cases have been piling up a bit.

Needless to say that Cleo has been chipping in, but she has now worked into her contract that Bob hand feed her treats so you most likely saw in the other thread

I swear these cats!!!
