Coronavirus in Cats

My girl has coronavirus in her faeces.

Have others experienced this, issues / concerns?

Vet said nothing to worry about.

Thanks so much the report says:

A POSITIVE FELINE CORONAVIRUS (FCoV) RESULT indicates that FCoV was
detected in the sample submitted. FCoV is a common viral infection in cats.
A positive FCoV PCR result on weekly faecal samples for
4 consecutive weeks can be used to detect chronic shedding carriers.
Approximately 5-10% of FCoV-infected cats develop feline infectious peritonitis (FIP).
In clinical suspect FIP cats a positive FCoV PCR result on ascites or pleural fluid, whole blood or tissues is supportive of the diagnosis of FIP.
However a positive FCoV PCR result alone should not be used to make a diagnosis of FIP. Vaccination with a modified live vaccine may yield
positive results for up to a few weeks post-vaccination.
The coronavirus test included in this panel is specific to feline enteric coronavirus and does not detect SARS-CoV-2, the causative agent in
COVID-19. Feline enteric coronavirus is species-specific and does not infect humans.

I do know it is quite common so that is why the vet is probably not concerned.

@pussiette , I do know it can be quite common in cats. I think there was an old thread/post here that up to 80% of cats would test positive. found it.. see below

Is it the regular corona virus that most cats have?
Or the coronavirus like we humans nowadays have?
For the first: my two boys have it, just like 70-80 % of all cats. It causes no health issues
I heard that the corona virus we humans have causes hardly any health issues when cats get it

Coronavirus is an extremely BROAD term. There are coronaviruses in nearly every complex organism on the planet. The report specifically said the test results indicated feline coronavirus, so no it is not the one making the rounds in humans.
