My girls are complete pigs. They were eating around 2 big bags of BB wilderness a month. Equalling $100 or so a month just on cat food!
I'd always read that raw was best but grandma was totally against raw food. I also thought only 2/3 cats would eat it and that would kind of defeat the purpose of feeding them that.
Well, my friend feeds her dog raw from a store in Edmonton. They come in frozen cubes.
I went in and got some. As of now, we're mixing a little of wet food in with the raw but it's being a complete success.
A $40 bag of raw Turkey (it's all premixed into cubes) will last my girls around 7 weeks.
That's a $60+ savings a month!
Here's my girls enjoying their raw.
(Mugsy eats the raw plain. Porsche and Mercedes get a bit of wet mixed in)
And wow are the poops considerably less smelly! And they've only been on it for a week.
