Custom clothes?

Probably a stupid question but any recommendations on who makes custom clothes? My nakey is named after a character from my favorite tv show, but I can’t find any clothes with a pattern from that show.

Mine has been nakey usually, but I put an XS dog shirt on him and he seems to like it.
