MiniE's - we are so glad you are okay! Toby's leg go wrapped in the da bird cord yesterday when he ran down the hall with it!

I disconnect Da Bird from the pole too for playing.. Ditto on removing the string pole hanging everything..

****Which leads me to the next caution- Collars! ***
All the clothes and collars are so pretty... Supervised..

I do not use collars- even th break always! My moms cat got it caught once on her leg and the other time other jaw..

**Caution too if crating cats or dogs in wire crates , outside cat enclosures too..

**The collars and ID tag loops can get snagged on the wire crate are and wire j hooks of the crates..

I know first hand how you feel when these things happen.. Scary is an understatement

That's terrifying! I can't imagine how terrible you felt. Though thank god MiniE is alright!

I usually let my Da Bird lay around, though I'm now more aware of it and I put it away in the closer when we go to bed. Thanks so much for the head's up!

I put all their toys like that. with strings, in a plastic box from the container store....along with their treats because they will do anything to get at them.
I had a home made toy with a string hanging up. They got the toy out of the string I had tied it to and when I was wondering what he was doing, licking the string??! No, he was eating the string. It was about 3 feet long, and he had about 6 inches down his throat! I pulled it out like a clown doing a trick and it all came out. After that, nothing with string is around. If he ate the whole thing, it could of killed him.
