My Paka used to wait for a bath and ear cleaning the minute we got up. Everyone watched the security cameras and waited for hubby to get home at 4:30 pm because then it was feeding time.

Yes, Batman sleeps on my left side curled in my arms covered with blankie his head on my heart and his arm across my chest. every morning he gets up at the same time to flop on top of his yeowzzz catnip banana (only ones he likes). I tell him he is cute and he purrs and rolls on "nana's" curling his tail and tucking his paws like a little bunny.
