Relieved! :Woo:

Got word that neither one wanted to go under but both are done and recovering nicely. Ash lost at least 6 teeth. (I think the vet said 5 from the bottom and one from the top, but I'm not totally positive about what he said about the top.) We'll be trying a different antibiotic for him now since he had an allergic reaction to the Clindamycin. After he heals I hope he'll feel like eating again. He's lost about a pound 'cause it's been hurting him to eat this past week.

I get to pick them up in 2-3 hours.

Yay! I'm so happy to hear is out and will get to come home soon :) I'm sure that Ash will feel so much better now that those bad teeth are out of his mouth. In your house, the cat named Toothless has all his teeth and a differently named one is fairly toothless...a bit ironic ;)

So glad to hear all went well!!
Hopefully Ash will be feeling better in no time, and Mr. Toothless will leave his tail alone!

Thanks for the prayers everyone! Ash is home but is still quite out of it. He's very wobbly and isn't quite sure what he wants. I got him to take a few licks of A/D food mixed with water before he went and sat in the litter box like it was his bed. Now he's curled up in his heated bed sleeping under a blanket. I'm sure he'll improve as the anesthesia wears off, though. It'll be tough going to work tomorrow with two recovering babies.

Sorry I missed this. I haven't been on, in over a week.
I'm glad, your babies are doing better.
