Ellie broke my heart (funny post)

So I got Ellie a replacement cat tree because the towers on her old one are wobbly. (Tried fixing them with washers to no avail). I moved her old one out into the hallway for now until I can break it down. She napped the entire time I built the new one so I guess she didn’t realize it was happening. Anyway bedtime came and she found her old one in the hall on her way to the bedroom and started marking it all over and meowing at me. She even got up on the wobbly towers, which she hasn’t done in months cuz, duh, they’re wobbly. It was like she was begging me not to get rid of it! Like I was taking away her favorite toy! So I scooped her up and put her on the exact same tower spot on the new tree that was in the old tree’s place. (I bought the same tree but a different brand bc she likes it so much). She definitely didn’t know about her new present because suddenly she started purring up a storm and grooming herself and marking her new tree. It broke my heart to think she thought for a second I would just rip something out from under her that she loves! Lols

Awww...
Mine really like their drum. But then, it does stand in the prime spot by the fire place...
If I move it (because I have to clean...) and don't put it back in the"right" place, one will sit on it and STARE at me until I move it lol.

Well, she’s still in love with it. So I took off the two wobbly towers and moved the rest of it in the living room for her.
