Finn's blood test results are back

His red cell count is still low, but it went from 22% to 25% in ten days time. Even though he's still anemic at this point, the bright side is that his numbers are moving in the right direction. He has to go back for another blood draw in early January. I hope he's at least in the low end of normal by then. Positive vibes and prayers are certainly welcomed.

Yep. January 2, 2012 was when his red cell count crashed. We've been dealing with his anemia for a full year now. Since then, he's been getting steroids twice a day and there have been more trips to the vet for blood checks, injections and medication adjustments then I can even count. It's really quite exhausting, but I'll never quit trying to help him fight this. I know everyone on this board would do the same for their babies too.
