Our little Cocoa kitten, 8 months old, has been diagnosed with FIP. Her little abdomen is so distended. She is still eating and drinking and pooping, but our vet isn't giving us much of a timeline and I don't know that I will be able to say "hey, it's time" to her. Anyone else have this experience? How do you handle it?

So sorry to hear of your kitty's illness. You can surely love and comfort her, you will know when it's time. Please keep us posted.

Aw, poor baby. I am so sorry. All you can do is love and comfort. Make sure she doesn't suffer.
Those are the most important. Bless your heart.

So sorry that you have to go through this. Very sad :(. I think that she will show you and you will know in your heart when it is time to say goodbye.

I am so very sorry you have to go through this. She will be the one to tell you "hey, it's time". It's never easy to say goodbye, but know that she'll be free of suffering. She will always live in your heart. ::HUGS::
