Hi There,
I brought home my very first sphynx yesterday so thought I'd join up here for any tips/advice I might have missed in my research into the breed
As a bit of an intro, my name is Jess and im from the UK. I have 2 other cats, a male ragdoll called Oliver and a female rescued moggie called Dylan (we thought she was a boy lol). I have wanted a sphynx for several years and even went to a cat show a few years ago to meet them but the very very high pricetag always put me off as i just couldnt justify paying £2000+ for a pet cat
But, I was very lucky to find a beautiful retired girl available within my price range
She is 3 years old, imported from Russia and was being rehomed as she didnt take to being a mum when she had her litter last year. She is a chocolate tortie apparently. She is super friendly, not at all phased about the change in homes at all, just follows me around wanting to snuggle. She slept in my bed last night, under the covers! Her name is Agapetta. I've put a few photos of her at the end of the post, I hope you like her.
She had a caesarian for her litter and still has a bit of an "uddery" belly so im going to give that a bit of time to go up before I get her spayed. Any advice on getting those to go up ASAP would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jess
(Apparently I cant post pics! Oops!)

He always hated the idea of my getting a sphynx, he said they were ugly
Well.... Needless to say, he is smitten with Agapetta - he totally fell in love as soon as he met her
