Ok so Frank is my first male cat... So I don't know how unusual this is.

I was trying to get him to play but instead of playing he was kneading away at his favorite blanket.. and he kept going and going.. so I'm just watching him at this point. All off a sudden I see little 'thrusts'. Yup Frank my neutered male was trying and failing to do the dirty with his blanket.

I started laughing at him which threw him off his game. He shot me a dirty look and then jumped off the bed. I guess he really does love his blanket. I'll have to keep that in mind next time he decides to knead on his blanket while he's on my lap!

My cat does that too! But, he is not fixed. My husband calls me sick for watching, but not only do I find it strange that he's trying to get it on with his blanket, it's just funny.

Maybe it's the age he was altered? My boy has never done that but he was fixed at 4mos.

Get the poor guy a stuffed animal....:LOL:

Awww, poor Frank, trying to get his groove on.

Years ago, my cat Izzy stole a stuffed manatee that I had bought for my mother. He turned that sea cow into his personal sex slave. We would often find him on the back porch, on top of the hot tub, trying to do his thing. At least he was attempting to woo Montrose (the manatee) by taking him to the hot tub! Maybe he should have provided some drinks as well.

The poor manatee's back was all matted and messed up from Izzy kneading and biting him. We eventually had to sneak it away, and dispose of it. Izzy never found a substitute, and he stopped all of his naughtiness. I kind of felt bad though, like I had taken away his true love.

I have never seen any of our cats do this but my chihuhaua does this all the time.. Hard to explain to the kids what Leo is trying to do to their stuffed animals!! :Dizzy:

Hahaha That is fantastic!

I'm tellin ya - Frank is all man! He doesn't even think he needs his balls to get it on! And yes I think I'm going to have to get him a stuffed animal friend cuz that blanket just doesn't cut it. Maybe I'll keep my eye out for a manatee.. I could probably get one at the Shedd Aquarium gift shop haha

That FRANK! I love hearing about his escapades!! My daughter's cat is a blanket humper. And he doesn't mind if you are a voyeur, just don't make any noise or break his concentration in any way!!

i bought a new jacket and Ally tried to hump my arm... twice.... he's stopped doing it now we've got him a gf and he tries it on with her instead, they're both neutered.he goes at it from all the wrong angles. funny to watch :)

My Kiwi will Knead me and then give 3-4 thrusts, then knead some more , then thrust 3-4 times again. Nothing happeneds, I think its just a boy thing.

Okay...confession time... I never thought I'd tell Shiva's little aaaaa secret.

He did it too... Although I really don't know if he understood it. It was always when he was really happy. He was neutered VERY young. We always thought when he was real happy he just kinda "lost it". The first time we about died of embarrassment. A friend was over (Trent). Shiva did a "semi" suckle thing with select few... He would hover over your arm and move back and forth purring and kneading... Ocassionaly he would drool and clean it up real quick...it was cute.

So he's hovering over Trent's forearm and kneading like crazy. Trent laughed and said "I don't care what he does as long as he doesn't cum on me." It was kinda a weird thing to say....then Shiva did it. We told Trent it was his fault. Shiva had never done it before...lol. We jokingly acused him of putting the idae in Shiva's head.

From there on when he would get "real happy" we would kinda look at him and say his name before he went too far. He would kinda look at us and say yeah I know... feeling too good...sorry and he would stop.

I have a regular cat from a shelter - I got him when he was about 4 months old. He is about 18 months now (?) In the past month, he has started to jump on the bed and knead on my little Sphynx boys special blanket, and do the thrusting thing! (and he was neutered when I got him - the Thruster!). He has also tried doing the grab neck and mount thing too.
My little sphynx is not yet neutered, but I am calling vet tomorrow to schedule.\

Could just be that it is spring and even with "no equipment" boys will be boys?
