At around four weeks of age, kittens gain the ability to retract their tiny, but very sharp claws. This physical change opens up a new world of play/exploration for them. At four weeks they are also beginning to use the litter box and play with toys.

@tuffysmommy This is Ochi. He was born thermal and darkened up as he got older. I am a geek and love cats so I am always thinking of new things to look up and learn. Do recycle some facts knowing years worth of facts there are many worth sharing especially for the newbies.
