Grain free feeds?

So my little girl has been suffering from diarrhea for a few weeks and tests have come back clear with no improvement from medication.
I'm going to try her on a grain free diet and I've spent the day trying to find something suitable for her. I've only managed to find one brand (we live in Thailand) called Felina Canino. Its a wet food with all natural ingredients and grain free.
Has anyone used this feed before?

@OurSphynxFamily no, I have never heard of that brand before. I hope that your vet tested her for all possible causes of diarrhea and has treated her with more than one type of medication. Unfortunately, sometimes test results are false negative.

But if all is absolutely fine as far as parasites and viruses, then as well as trying a good quality grain-free food, you can add 100% Pure Pumpkin (about a tablespoonful) to her meals. I'd also get her FortiFlora or any other type of probiotic safe for cats to put back good bacteria in her gut to make things "work correctly" in that department.

If all else fails, it could be a food allergy or sensitivity. For some reason, I've read quite a number of chicken diet allergies on here.

Yes she's had tests and we've tried different types of medication, a few people suggested that I try her on a grain free food as the Royal Canin kitten contains grain and some other ingredients so I'm going to slowly change her diet to see if it improves.

@OurSphynxFamily I started my sphynx cats on the Royal Canin as the breeder used it. I had them all on it for a very long time and a few of them had major stomach issues until I finally switched to grain free and the pumpkin.

I would feed dry also. Not just wet.

I feed grain free and grain inclusive-
to be honest , I am not totally on the grain free band wagon - there are a lot of pea splitting ingredients . beans of all types - which may not be for all pets .
Finding a good quality food grain free or grain inclusive whichever works best for you kitty -
Have you tried wet food - Weruva and tiki cat both made in Thailand? -
Lots of good reviews of these in the USA

For dry food - my go to grain inclusive my kitties have zero poo or skin issues , no vomiting is

there are many good quality foods both grain free and grain inclusive -
Also , some kitties get poo issues of too much protein in a food -
It's all a delicate balance with sphynx and food -
A,d like you are doing a slow transition is best
