My nephew who is getting married Oct 1st has joined his fiancé's family for prince spaghetti day for a several years now...spaghetti on Wednesday..great tradition.

Yesterday wasn't a great day for Spaghetti. He mostly laid around in the same spot all day and I'm pretty sure he had a slight fever. I was really worried about him but there isn't much I could do for him. Today though he is looking a lot better! He's jumping up and down from the counters and enjoying the sunshine (he's even cleaning himself now!). He's starting to look really skinny now since he really doesn't eat a lot. I've been offering different flavors of wet food and then today I'm going to go get a few different flavors of their current dry food. He's been gobbling up the treats I offer but he can't just live off of treats haha. His breathing has been very easy which is good.

@skunkfoot it saddens me when Spaghetti isn't having a good day. But it makes me very happy when I hear he's doing better. Give Spaghetti many treats for me.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had to go through this
It's absolutely horrible and I wouldn't wish it on my greatest enemy. The uncertainty that comes with every day is so heart breaking. ((hugs))

Spaghetti is doing ok today. Breathing is normal and he's just been laying around a lot. He looks not so great though and it's making me really upset. He has declined so much in these last few weeks. I don't know what to do, this is breaking my heart.

@skunkfoot spoil him, love him, give him whatever he wants even if it's snacks all day here and there.
You have to let him "tell" you what to do. When he's had enough, he will let you know by looking up into your eyes and you will know. He's breathing ok right now, he's fighting.
Big hugs to you and Spaghetti. I am terribly sorry that he's not feeling well and has declined so in just a few weeks. It's so sad. Try to be strong for him right now.
