HCM ALans diet

I’m curious as to what people feed their Sphynx. Raw or commercial diet? I’ve had two die young of HCM and was told by the cardiologist that it wasn’t caused genetic. Unfortunately my cat won’t eat raw and eats only Royal Canin dry and canned food.
Can anyone tell me what they feed their babies?

I feed wellness grain free wet and dry and mix things up a little so they don’t get bored.

@MelOttawa , hugs, sorry for your past losses. I share in the hurt . lost my Yodagirl at barely 2, Yodaman just shy of 10th, and Tobylove 12 . remember the love, so much love.

I have 2 senior sphynx still with, ClaireBare is 15 1/2 and Batman nearing 16 in a few weeks.

My Batman is dry food addict! . hates all wet food ,raw, freeze dried.

all my sphynx (and my beloved furbabies kitties bengal 12 and black cat raven 20) fed Nutrisource cat and kitten food grain inclusive in the blue and white bag no recalls, touted for gut health and palatability (store locator on their site)

for wet food feed weruva press your lunch mixed mushed with a little water. it is chicken based fyi . I like the weruva press your lunch for it being lower in sodium than even some rx brands. My Tobylove had severe late stage HCM at age 11 and loved it.
