Heart Broken and Disappointed!!!!

I have been waiting sooo long to adopt a Sphynx..I thought I had found 2 from a member who had lost her home and needed to rehome them..We exchanged e-mails back and forth.....The last we spoke, she was going to see where we could meet....I wrote back to her with dates and times that I could meet and also called her.....NEVER got a response back
I was getting sooo excited to get them....They both looked like sweethearts.....
Now, Im looking at another rescue situation..Im just so scared and I dont want to have my heart broken again.....

Aww, I hope it all works out! I'm currently looking for another Sphynx for Pebbles cause I feel selfish for taking all his attention. I'm pretty sure he wants another kitty to play with.

I know everyone says it will happen when the time is right. I heard it quite a bit and guess what? It does! Both my girls pretty much found me. When everything is just right, your forever baby will come home.

Wishing you the patience and strength to wait for your kitty. Once in your arms you will feel as if they had always been there.

I am so sorry to hear of the change of plans! I had my heart broken over a little one I had my heart set on from another litter. She had the sniffles when I first went to see her, so although I fell in love at first, at the end of the day I couldn't commit until I knew she was healthy. While I was waiting for her to feel better, someone else paid a deposit...

I am so glad it worked out that way though, because in the next litter, I met Clara, and she is perfect for me!

I'm teaching myself how. I got to the single crochet and can't figure out how to do the double crochet. I'm like looking at youtube videos and I brought a whole bunch of guide books on it. I want to make some clothes for Pebbles and maybe a scarf or a miniature dome hat for him. Maybe you can start making clothes for your future Sphynx? Who knows, maybe a couple of outfits later, your Sphynx will come to you.
