I am waiting in the wings for my new addition; she is only a few weeks old. I have a few photos, but have yet to get them up and visible. I will get there! I am glad to have found this forum, as this will be my first syphnx, yes the noobie on the block.

I have a beautiful black female joining our home right before Christmas, so any and all information or thoughts are welcome.

Hello and welcome. I have 2 babies and expecting my 3rd the same time as you. She is also a little blackie. I know it's so exciting. Be prepared for your 2nd. They are so addictive. You will find most people here have at least 2. Your life is about to change. You will wonder how you ever lived without a sphynx in your life. Congrats!

I hope you will find this forum very useful in preparing for your baby coming home - I know I did! I learned so much.

As for information.. check out the help center forum and do some searching on things like.. new kitten checklist for ideas on what to stock up on! Look for stories on how people have handled new kitten introductions and things like bathing and kitten maintenance.

Can't wait to see pictures of your little girl - do you have any names in mind?

And yes, like 1sphynxlover says.. it always starts with 1... soon after you will have a gang
