I haven't posted in the forums in a while, and before I posted the first time I never really introduced myself. I'm a college student in Charleston, SC. I became very interested in the Sphynx breed a few years ago, and have been researching them and searching for one ever since. Back in October, another user introduced me to a breeder that is in one of the nearby states. I have been in contact with the breeder since, and one of her cats just had kittens. I put in a reservation for a blue tuxedo boy, and the breeder assured me that as long as he is healthy I can adopt him. If everything goes well, I will be joining the sphynx owner community in mid to late march when I bring him home :)

Welcome, and I hope everything goes well with the adoption...but be warned..getting a sphynx is like getting a tattoo...you can't stop at just one! :Wink2:

Oh, goodness. That's what I'm afraid of :Wink2: I do want to try to breed one day. I've always wanted to get a boy/girl pair and name them Rhett and Scarlett :p

Oh my gosh, they are so tiny! Think about how excited you are right now and imagine that building every day until your new baby is home :)

Oh my goodness I can hardly contain it! They just started opening theirs eyes the last few days. I'm looking forward to seeing them all grow up the next few months :)
