I wanted to introduce myself to everyone and say hello <<waving>> my name is Bob and I live in the Hartville Uniontown area of Ohio (near Akron and Canton, think Football Hall of fame) I think you have a terrific forum and I am very happy that I have found it. I have already learned a lot and I am looking forward to learning more from all of you.

My wife and our three daughters have absolutely fallen in love with the Sphynx over the last couple of years and we have been actively looking into adopting our first one. I work for a pet collar company in the area and I work with lots of people that love animals but I have yet to run into any fans of this breed!

Anyway I am glad to meet each and everyone of you and look forward to my time here.

I waited 18 years to get my first sphynx (well worth the wait). I got my first one in April 2012, added two more since then and now I'm planning on my fourth!

So be prepared...one may not be enough for you and your family. This breed is beyond amazing.

Yes, at the moment we are very interested in finding a kitty that needs a new home. I am sure we will probably get a kitten in the future as well but we love the idea of helping a cat that needs a home. We have looked on petfinder and hoobley but not a lot of luck yet.
