How do I tell what type of sphynx I have ?

I recently found out about the differences in Canadian Sphinx versus the don Sphinx . How can I tell the difference based on looks ? My breeders never mentioned anything except for their colors . Attached is my boy who is red and my girl who is white . Help?

Me too. Canadian. To me the Don Sphynx looks more like a Devon Rex in shape.
