Sometimes I have to call him, which he always comes to me, but he mostly greets me with a purr meow as he's running toward me. He will jump up on the nearest object to me & then rub on me with loud purring. Then I have to rub his back & kiss him a lot, do some cheek & bum pinches...... not because he insists, but because I can't resist:BigSmile:

Bynx is always at the sliding glass door with his tail wagging. He gets up on his hind legs and stretches looking out for me to open the door. His meow is quite but sweet. He then gets on the floor and rolls over so I will rub his tummy. Very cute!

Savannah is always at the kitchen table when we open the door. She meows once and bounds to your shoulders for rubbing and head butts

Mine hear my house alarm beep from the outside fob, and meet me at whichever door is open. Fluffy is usually screaming to eat, but Moses has always had a ritual. When I walk in, I ask him if he has been a good boy, and he'll talk to me for a few seconds, and then, I says "Show me your rug!" and he'll lay down on the closet carpet and lay on his back while I scratch his head/back. OPretty funny, and even when I am not coming in the door, when he is playing around, I ask him to show me his rug and off he is running to the nearest rug!

Lucifer always (except for when he is deep asleep) comes running to the door and starts meowing as soon as he hears the key in the door. He's got this real cute meow that he only uses when he sees us when we've been away :Adore: and ussually he's so excited he'll run about the house for a while! But not before he's given me a head-butt with a lick on my nose

My beloved. Petunia used to come running, screaming, & purring , loud! If your hands were full she would keep it all going & jump all over the chairs, couches, tables, counters, & you name it to get your full undivided attention.

My little Marley launches out of her bed from under her blankie and bolts up to me. Then proceeds to climb her cat tier (next to the door) and jump on my shoulders, (which tends to hurt), and then she meows and purrs (very loudly) while rubbing her cheeks against my chin. And I wouldn't have it any differently.

Ziggy is usually asleep in the cat tree's crow's nest, but pops his head up when I come in the door. I'll then tell him hi and he'll come down to greet me, climbing up my pants leg.

I have a desk right next to my front door, so a few jump there and meow and purr when I walk through the door, several run to my legs and start the leg rubs and attempt to trip me as I try to walk in....if I am carrying anything, they will all run to the dining room table which is where I will put whatever it is I am carrying . After I have loved on everybody for a few seconds, then let my beagle outside to go potty, then they all run to their food bowls. When I get the message and walk toward the kitchen, it's like a herd of elephants as they all bound into the kitchen to "help" me get their dinner. Then I say, "C'mon Guys!" and there is a massive exodus back to the living room, where they all start figure eighting me and tripping me all over again. It is a wonder any of them are still alive cuz they trip me constantly. LOL Then I can finally sit down for a few minutes. But it makes me feel like someone gives a darn that I'm home, ya know? I live alone and it would be awfully lonely to come to an empty house.

The Bengal is waiting in the window by the front door howling as soon as he sees me. Our girl Sphynx coos and runs down the stairs all prissy. My boy Sphynx slowly walks down the stairs and gives me a look like "uh where the hell have you been...I was hungry an hour ago." Funniest is when we get back from vacation the boy Sphynx (mommas boy) makes me go to him and pick him up. He refuses to come down and see me...lol. But he cannot contain the purrs.

Not only does Alex meet me at the door, I can hear him meowing like crazy while I'm walking up the steps of my front porch! If I come in through the garage, I hear him meowing as soon as I open the car door!

When we come home Dexter is usually passed out in his little house. As soon as we come in and he realizes we're home he'll open his eyes. Still half asleep, he'll slowly attempt to stumble toward us and as he gets to the mid-way point he awakens enough to turn his slow crawl into a mild jog. We pet him and greet him, and he replies with lots of purrs:)

She climbs me. And then she chirps constantly for about five minutes as she perches herself on my shoulder and whenever I sit down its head butts and nose licks for a few more minutes!
