Just curious, how much food do you feed your Sphynx? If you could list how much of dry and wet food....and how many times a day....

when I fed wet and dry, I fed them one 3 oz can in morning and one 3 oz can at night and 1 cup of kibble to graze all day and night.

i feed raw now, so they get fed about 6 to 7 oz each plus treats a day.

I feed RAW only, and they get 6 "ice cubes" a day. I cant decide if that is enough or not. they REALLY like their RAW, so I don't know if its that or they are hungry all the time. They get 2 cubes 3 times a day. (BITR & Chicken or turkey)

I just fill up Osiris' bowl with dry food and he grazes whenever he likes. I normally don't have to fill it every day.

We have two sphynx ~ We feed Science Diet wet - the small cans twice a day, once in the am and once in the pm and leave kibble out all day.

I keep their dry food filled all the time and feed wet in the morning. They share a pack. Graddy prefers the gravy with a bit of meat and Hugo prefers the meat and hates the gravy so when they're done they swap bowls and finish off the others

I use Royal Canin also. I never heard of wet in a pouch. Is that different than their canned food?

I keep dry food out for them all the time. They even nibble during the night. I keep it upstairs and downstairs.

I feed them the small can of Royal Canin once a day (one can each cat) and that's what I put the L Lysine powder on and add a bit of water and mix.

All their food is by Royal Canin.

okay 3 cats... 1 1/2 cups dry blue buffalo indoor health in the morning 1 large can blue buffalo 'savory salmon' in the evening
-- works out to 1/2 cup dry and about 2 oz wet per cat per day.

If they insist that they are starving, they get a few pieces of kibble as treats, and I give them a little more dry the next morning. surprisingly doesn't happen that often.

We have 4 cats (2 DSH, 1 Somali, and 1 wild Sphynx). We leave dry kibble available 24/7 and have wet food 3 times a week. All of my cats have been maintaining a healthy weight except my DSH Tux, but he is a big cat to start.

I was leaving dry out all the time with the odd bits of meat but after trying different foods and battling IBD, poof foot, extreme stenches and eye watering gas passing I changed their diet.

They now get a product called Vets All Natural mixed with raw roo mince and we are working on the raw bones.

Currently the Sphynx get 125grams morning and evening and the big DSH gets 145gms twice a day. The Sphynx needed to lose weight which they have done so I am going to put it up to 135 and what happens.

All IBD issues cleared, they don't get dirty and greasy as quickly, don't have any unformed poops, no gas, no blood in poops and no horrendous stench.

They LOVE it :)

I feed Gustav many times a day. He likes to eat his food very fast and then throw up, so I just fill the dry food up a little at the time but many times a day. The wet food I give him twice a day.

I have three sphynx and one is older and super picky. I started them on Raw about two months ago and it has been great. I do feed them Simply Noutrish dry so they can graze throughout the day (about a cup between them). I feed them twice a day 2 oz each in the morning and at dinner. Violet my picky girl has a lot of weight to loose and it is coming off slowly but surely so I mix her raw with wet Simply Noutrish and sometimes it fools her.

I have two cats, a sphynx and a siamese, and we free feed them dry food (about 1 cup a day of Nature's Variety Instinct Grain Free) and give them some sort of treat every day. Usually it's either a can of wet, dental treats, or some sort of grilled meat.

"Ice Cubes" I have a general idea of what they are but how do you make them? I want to start feeding my girl some raw and that sounds like a good way to start. You can send me a PM if you'd like.

Thanks!

I feed better in the raw mix. I just mix it with the meat of choice, spray ice trays with cooking spray (they didn't want to come out before) and freeze them. When frozen, I put in plastic bag and thaw as many as I need per day. My boy's will eat then straight out of the freezer if I forget.
