Ok so I managed to get Gilligan to finally eat RAW. The trick was to use beef. So now I mix 1 pound of ground beef with 2 pounds of ground turkey. They both gobble it right up!
Now, my question is, how much to feed? I am feeding Gilligan and Lambie the same amounts, BUT Gilly is 15 pounds and Lambie is 6 pounds. They both get 2oz (1/4cup) 3x a day. Gilly seems fine but lambie is always starving. Weight wise they both look good.

How old is Lambie?
If Lambie is a kitten, he/she needs more. My two-year-old (11 lbs) eats 6oz daily and my 14-month-old (8.5 lbs) now eats 8oz, but he did eat 9-10 oz daily when younger (and he's a string bean). I've also found it helpful to use the calories of what I'm feeding to help guide portion size. Winston gets about 270 kcal a day and Henry gets about 360. You can so some research online to see what # of kcals you want to serve.

Also, are you adding anything to the meat, such as better in the raw? You have to add supplements to meat, otherwise it is not a complete diet.

Hope that helps a bit.
Keep in mind this is just how I approach it though; others feed by % of body weight (I think it's 3-5% of weight, but I'm not sure).

Both of my girls are around 6 lbs and still kittens. They eat 8 oz of Better in the Raw a day. Phiona looks like she is gaining more than Samara so I may adjust a bit. If you're not sure if you're feeding enough go ahead and increase the amount. Then just keep an eye on their weight. If they hit a point where they are gaining too much cut back a bit til you find what works for them. Each one is different.

I think you feed BitR right ?
I feed mine 6 yo 8 oz a day. The oldest gets more like 6 oz , he is 8 to 9 lbs ( 11 yr ) , rooka gets about 6 oz and she is a bit over 5 lbs and 6 yrs , Hairy gets more to 8 oz and he is skinny and 7 to 8 lbs and a Year and half old. He is so skinny, not boney skinny, just lenghty skinny and i want to get abit meat on him so i feed him some treats too, but i think its his metabolism that keeps him from gaining .
You can feed them a bit more and if you see they gain a bit , cut back.

I do feed BitR. Lambie was eating more because she was a kitten but she will be a year old on Oct. 25th. I cut her down to 6 oz a day but always acts hungry. Gilligan seems like he is fine on 6 oz a day. But he is such a big guy that I think that that isn't enough.

If you can, would try and feed them a bit more, 8 oz. each a day. If they start to get too pudgy you can always cut it back, or if they aren't finishing their meals. I always err on the side of feeding a lot just because I hate the thought of them going hungry.
