OK I have to admit I really did laugh out loud. A mouse would not bother me as much as a snake...lol. I would die if a cat brought me a snake. Yesterday hubby and I went on a little hike near some of the historic gardens near us and I kept telling him I knew there were snakes...I could just feel it. Yep...at the end when I was taking some pics of flowers one slithered on out in front of me. Thank goodness I did not embarass myself by screaming. But let's just say I was done for the day...lol.

Lol!
I'd always been quite proud of the fact that my two grown up furries had never brought home any gifts for me. Well, late one dark and stormy night, I was decending my spiral staircase, when I stepped off the last rung and felt something warm and mushy squish between my toes. Not thinking too much of it, I switched the light on to find I had stepped on a decapitated mouse head and now had mouse brains oozing between my tootsies! Let's just say I shrieked and hopped around like a mad thing until I had the sense to plunge my foot in the kitchen sink to wash off the goo. Thankfully, since this little incident, there have been no more presents. I think my unholy reaction to the mouse brains had scared them so much that they didn't do it again. :hungover:

Hahahhah! I got a good laugh out of all these stories.
@gothicmist
I am glad to hear Spencer is not broken. It gives me hope that Merlin isn't either.

I heard him playing on the floor next to where i was sitting and thought nothing of it until I looked down when I heard a chirping squeaky noise. that was when I saw him fling it and it ran and he chase it. Oh gag.

Good for Spencer!!! It sounds like he's ready to advance to scorpions. I think Cleo has a few stashed around the house that she can send him... And Marcus will send some vinegaroons for good measure!

Where is your picture? You are normally so good with your pictures.

Oh, these stories are great.

When I was very young, one of my furred cats introduced me to anatomy in a very disturbing way. Well, I wasn't disturbed as much as I was fascinated. But I'll never forget what a vivisected male chipmunk looks like... ever. Made dissecting rats in high school much easier.
