Hi everyone,
I’m Caroline, and this is my very dramatic, very bald, and very beloved Sphynx Elf, Spud
Spud is full of personality—opinionated, affectionate, and always dressed in the most stylish naked look.
We’ve been managing some ongoing health quirks—Spud is prone to upper respiratory infections (URIs), and his poops tend to be on the… liquid side of things more often than not.
Right now he’s on a 50/50 mix of Costco’s Salmon & Sweet Potato kibble and Fromm’s Game Bird kibble, plus 1 can of Costco’s 3oz wet food daily that we add powdered Lysine to 2x a week.
I’d love to hear from anyone with experience or suggestions!
• Any diet tweaks or food recs that have helped your sphynx with firmer poops?
• Anything that’s helped your cat avoid or manage frequent URIs?
