@Diana thanks! Frida will love this. I think it will be a present for her second birthday! That and maybe a new scratch post. I mean how often does one turn 2 after all.

There are some real weirdos out there who get offended by anything and everything. These are just "naked" cats being naked for goodness sake and nothing more than that.

Ha, ping pongs, lol. if I shop on ebay & type in cat balls, I expect to find play balls for cats, not cat testes. these lil' hanging bits are part of our baby boys. to me, they're comical, not sexual. I won't be offended.:cat:

Private bits exposed is no big deal. I just find it awkward if someone wants to make it the focal point of a photo. You know the type (see bored teens on deviantart discovering "liberal arts"), but I think we lairians have better things to do with our time. Like taking adorable pictures of Lady Prune (to pick on a common sphynx name) attacking a catnip mouse and NOT stopping to think, "She's just had her third litter and her nipples are fully functional. Might this offend some prude, somewhere..."

Well said, @Gesundheit.

I took this pic of Max yesterday, not because it's centrefold material (although that did occur to me afterwards), but because I've never seen him lay like this in his bed and it just made me laugh. Thankfully, I know I can share here and my fellow Lairians will find the humour and not see the pr0n angle.

Ebay only sells the toy variety of "Cat Balls". Although, if one were truly interested in getting
'replacement bits' there is an all too real product called "Neuticles". They are silicone (?) implants that some fellow invented about 15 - 20 years ago. His reason at the start was that a pet owner, in this case, a male dog owner could have his dog neutered for it's future health, but both owner and dog could still strut around the dog park while pretending they have something to brag about.:ROFLMAO::happy: This 'product' has numerous 'sizes' and is now being offered in cat sizes as well.
The Web Page Address is: www.neuticles.com
If nothing else, it's good for a laugh.

Like I've posted earlier, there's no problem with a cat or a dog being what they are, our much beloved pets and "furkids" or in this case furlesskids. For a long time though, I was wondering why it seemed more and more male pets were being neutered but the scrotum was left intact. After some research and a number of articles later, it seems the procedure called 'scrotal ablation' is considered unnecessary as ear-cropping and tail-docking. Also found out that to include an ablation can be expensive and best done by a vet with lots of experience to avoid complications after surgery. Never realized a ballsack could be so important once emptied of it's contents. Well, maybe to the owner. :D
