Well, I've had Naruu now for 2 1/2 weeks and honestly, it's surprising it's only been that long!:wideyed: Her and I bonded right away so that's made it much easier to get into a routine. She follows me all through the house, comes to me when I call her name, and she cuddles me every chance she gets including sleeping in bed with me under the covers every night. She was a breeze to get into a grooming routine, she just loves it...even getting her nail beds cleaned and nails trimmed, which is not something I expected her to tolerate so willingly. Her food is working well for her also, I have her on Wellness Core Grain-Free (Kitten formula) and so far I love it. I used Wellness with all my Bulldogs and it was wonderful for them. She's easy going with wearing her t-shirt, I got her a light weight one for summer and just ordered some more now that I know she'll tolerate them. They definitely help keep the cold chill off her. She had an appointment with the vet and got a couple shots, she goes back in 3 weeks for a booster vaccine and another general kitten check up.

We did have some trial an error with litter though. At first, I tried World's Best Cat Litter...but switched after a week because of how dirty it made her! I did some creeping around on here and discovered the miracle litter aka Clump & Seal...I absolutely love this stuff! I bought the lightweight and it's magical. I'm shocked about how well it works with odor control. I have to admit, I was NEVER a cat person because I don't like being able to smell a litter box in someone's house. However, I always wanted a hairless cat so when I found my Donskoy aka Naruu, it was love at first sight and I knew I had to have her even though I worried about the litter box. Then I discovered the LitterGenie! It's basically a life saver for me because I scoop her litter box AT MINIMUM 3 times a day so with that thing it's convenient to scoop it so often because I can just put the dirty litter in there every time I scoop and just change the bag once a week. It's great and really holds the smell in! I'm a little OCD about it to be honest. The LitterGenie and Clump & Seal are the real MVP's hahaha:ROFLMAO::D

I'll attach a couple of pictures of the little sweetheart!

Congratulations on your new addition! She is just toooo cute!!!!

I got a Litter Genie about 5 months ago... such a timesaver & great for odor control! I had always scooped litter deposits into plastic grocery bags & doggie poop bags (got a massive quantity about 3 years ago, & just ran out around Dec last year!), but now, poop gets flushed & pee-balls go in the Genie. FYI: they use Worlds Best multicat- red bag.

We did have to rig things a bit, because their pee-balls don't exactly slip through the hole neatly. So, we got a giant plastic measuring cup (8cups?) with a handle (we tried 4 different sizes until we found one that fits onto the top of the Genie bag refill container perfectly) & cut out the middle of the bottom. Now, I can open the Genie, set the cup on the top of the opening & scoop away. It definitely helps to corral the extra bits of litter that seem to drop randomly. It also holds the top up for "extended" scooping sessions, reducing the need to step on the foot lever &/or open & close it multiple times, which fans any odor all over the area... Totally worth the money & saves me so much time! Wish I'd gotten it years ago.

I'm glad your cats do well with Worlds Best, I tried the red bad, the lavender scented, and the advanced black/blue bag and neither worked well for me. I mean, it worked amazing as a litter but it left dust on her (she's a digger and won't leave the box til that poo is seriously covered) and her right eye was goopy. Fortunately, changing solved our problems! I would have liked to use World's Best so I could just flush the poo, with her covering her poo the way she does, I don't feel comfortable flushing any of the Clump & Seal. That sounds like a really smart genie hack you guys did! I'm gonna keep that in mind incase I ever have to do such a thing. I do swear by the genie though! The way those bags hold the smell is AMAZING!!!

Naruu Is beyond precious. What a face! I'm delighted to hear how well things are going. Sphynx are remarkably intelligent and extraordinarily devoted to their caregivers :)

Looking forward to more pictures and stories from you. Cheers.
