Looking to adopt (OC/SD SoCal)

It’s been a while since I’ve been on this forum! We lost our Sphynx, Ducky, at 15 years due to HCM/CHF in January of 2025 (his picture is in my profile). I’m just now starting to put feelers out for another. We have two other cats, a tuxedo and a lynx point. Our tuxie has special needs (she has seizures) and is an otherwise healthy senior, our lynx point is a 6 year old floof who yells for her dinner and loves to play. We prefer a standard Sphynx, either a kitten or adult cat, either male or female. We live in Orange County, CA, but can travel to SD/Riverside/SB/LA if needed.

@fezmarie73 , hugs , so sorry to learn Ducky gained his angel wings. may love be what you remember most. I share in the same. I adopted in my girls honor. several of us have adopted from members. I have all adoptees and always try to help hearts align.
all paws are family. what are the names of your Tuxedo and Lynx point. love to see pics. hugs n head smooches. stay active and check often.

Thanks for your kind words. Ducky was one of a kind, for sure, and we still think of him and miss him every day. Lillan is my lynx point floof (she’s 6), and Kali (14) is my tuxie, and she’s definitely the queen of the house. I’ll attach files so you can see them. We moved from Texas back to California last year in May after still reeling from Ducky’s passing, renovating our house for sale, and finalizing probate from my mom’s passing, so it was a really crazy time. My husband and I have both discussed whether we are ready for another cat, and have decided that things are finally at a point where we and our other kitties are ready to adopt.
