I wasn't sure...and kept myself from getting my hopes up but it's looking good. I haven't named her yet. She's about 4 months old. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I cried about it today so that tells me it will probably happen. She is free. I just have to pay shipping. The breeder says she is health certified, spayed and HCM free. I just have to cover shipping.

:Dizzy: Are you sure it isn't a scam ? There are a lot of those adds out there....saying you only have to pay shipping....and the kitty will never arrive :ThumbsDown:

Yup! They want you to pay shipping up front and then you never get your kitty, it would be heart breaking if this is what is happening now. I hope its not a scam for your sake. (((HUGS)))

I don't pay a penny until they arrive. I was worried too at first, but the woman hasn't asked me for anything. She has a ground service who will deliver the cats (there are 2). I pay them when they deliver. I'll make a point of making sure I'm not alone and all.
I might even meet them somewhere because my house is hard to find. There are 2 streets with the same name...one is downtown and one in the hills. My part only has two houses on it and most people don't know it exists.

She is adorable! I have learned about the different scams that happen with shipping pets, etc., but if you do not pay until you have your cat in your possession, that is good. Please let us know how it works out - she is sweet! Where did you find her?

She's adorable, but can you please PM me the cattery name of this breeder who is giving you a free Sphynx kitten, excluding shipping costs? I am almost certain that I have seen this kitten for sale by a breeder in VA. I may be wrong, but I'm just curious to see if this is the same person.

She's in Denver. I'm not too worried about it considering she's not asking for money until she's here. I will PM you, but there are actually 2 kittens and it involves a death in her family. Her English is limited so there was alot of confusion at first.
