Loving home looking to adopt in CO

Hello there!

My fiance and I are animal lovers through and through. I grew up in a house filled with cats and dogs.... to my demise I developed severe dander allergies and have not been able to own a furry pet since. My fiance adores animals as well, but always ignored his allergies haha. I unfortunately cannot. Anyway the healthy compromise in our house is (of course) to aquire a sphynx cat. We would prefer adoption if at all possible. I'd like to reach out here to see if there are any available little loves in my area (Denver CO). I would love to connect and to get any and all insight and information.

@ICooper1397 , hi Ivanam welcome to the lair family. several of us have adopted from members. I have all adoptees and always try to help hearts align . the links shared above very helpful when I was looking at ads outside sphynxlair in cyberworld.


* Please know some online ads post sphynx as being " hypoallergenic". they are not, something to be aware of.

with that said, we do have members with allergies of various degrees and do own sphynx cats.

Others have had to rehome bcz of their or partners severe allergies to sphynx . I used to live by Denver. not sure if you can find a reputable breeder (some do have closed catteries and no visitors) or talk to your vet an ask if they know someone with a sphynx to meet to see if have an allergic reaction? to play it safe.
