Hello All
A few years ago I went to visit my aunt and when I walked in the house I found these four legged animals with no hair running around. I didn't know what to think of them. But when I sat down it didn't take long to become very close to them. Because that is what they wanted, they wanted to be close to you. They were rubbing, purring and just begging for attention. It was very weird to me since in the past it was very unusual for a cat to want so much attention from a stranger. I then thought it was the coolest thing, both them being so affectionate and the look of them.
Well time passed and about 5 years later my mom was cat sitting for my aunt and she had Niles staying with her for a while until my cousin was to get done with college. My oldest son went to my moms to stay the night and the next day he returned begging us to allow him to bring Niles to our house to stay. I knew that if that cat was going to come to our house when it was time for him to go home it was going to be a travisty. We knew that he would get attached and it would be tough. Unknownly to me my mom had started scheming with my aunt for us to adopt Niles. And so it turned out my cousin wasn't at a point in her life to have him and she was happy to know our son wanted him so much. Then the phone call came from my aunt. I didn't know it but she still had another sphynx at her house. Yep my other son wanted a hairless cat he could call his own. So, then came Usi his fatty cat as he calls him. We just love them, their different personalities and love they just are dieing to give. This is a great breed.
