Hey guys,
So here he is... Edgar.
Currently have a doze at my feet.
Yesterday, my best friend and I travelled to his breeders.
As some of you know, I had the hard decision of choosing between the kitten I'd originally put a deposit down for or this little guy. Once I got there I was able to see the difference between the kittens. Original Edgar is very small and behind the litter in most areas. He snuggled my friend the majority of the time - so cute.
But, I also met my little black tabby! He's a right beaut.
Edgar had some cuddles, but was also running about with the other kittens, the breeders dog and playing with their children.
There's my friend with both kittens and mummy cat.
I hope that with time, original Edgar will grow into the awesome Sphynx cat he's bound to be. My gut told me to go with now Edgar though!
I couldn't be happier!

On the journey home he sat with my friend for the majority of it, on his shoulder, taking in the scenery. He seemed really content.
For a brief period he became unsettled, meowing lots and trying to walk about all I've the car.. turns out he needed a mega poo.
My friend caught the first bit in a sandwich box
the rest he deposited all over my coat in the back!
After that, he returned to the shoulder.
I stopped off at the pet shop on the way home and bought him a cat tree.
Here he is snuggling on my lap whilst my friend carried the box from the shop!
Once home, we got him as settled as possible. Lots of cuddles from my friend and I.
The children came home that evening and were so pleased to finally see the cat we'd been hoping for for so long.
He's met our dog Albert too...... he's not so keen on him. Albert was a bit excited the first time, but has since not really been bothered by him. Edgar keeps spitting, growling and hissing at him. Slowly, his confidence has built as earlier I'd left him on his tree for a second (I could see him!) he'd then got down into the hallway where the dog was - so he was quite close to him. Had a good whinge and took himself upstairs! Hehe.
I keep supervising their sightings of one another. He's slowly getting closer to the dog (who doesn't give a monkeys about Edgar being there, haha) so hopefully in time it'll all work out!
Pooped after a busy day....!
