Member Location - flags

Due to clutter when members added their "location" (where thy reside) which shows in their postbit, amongst other places, I have removed it and it is replaced by a country flag. The flag also shows in other areas like profile page thread view - etc.

A few things first:

1. You will not see a flag in the postbit until that member logs in again, it will stay there once this process happens. Hovering pointer over flag reveals the country.

2. It pulls the information from the members IP Address.

3. If this is a concern where a majority of members do not want their country location public, I can easily remove the add on.

4. No one would ever see your IP address.

Cool. That's really helpful.

Although I do miss seeing what members add -- i.e. it was always nice for me to know where in Canada my fellow Canadian Lairians live, but that's okay. I'd rather know country for all (some people never enter their location).

That information as far as detailed area location is still viewable when clicking on the members avatar displaying the member card.
