please check your microchips. Not all microchipping procedures include the one time lifetime registration fee. If it was included, Please check! I discovered staff transposed my contact phone number!

**To find an unknown pet microchip number, check your adoption, breeder, or veterinary medical records. If you cannot find any paperwork, take your pet to a local veterinarian or animal shelter to have them scan your pet with a microchip reader to retrieve the number
. You can add multiple contact numbers on the registration. You can inquire about transferring registration from original owner if adopted and include contact info to include both parties as an extra precaution
* Mine are all adoptees including an international microchip . I contacted breeders I adopted from, transferred registration and kept their contact info as a backup on the account
