Sealy is patiently waiting for his Christmas in July present to come in the mail. Well, I ordered a new dehydrator since my old one was a hand me down freebie I got from my fil that didn't work very well. My new dehydrator came in a nice large box yesterday and as soon as I opened it, Sealy decided that it was for him. I indulged him and threw all of the trash (read goodies) in the packing box and watched Sealy have his fun.

His favorite was this little cardboard ring that was around the temperature knob.

How one could be so comfortable in paper, plastic, and cardboard I'll never know

It never ceases to amaze me how they always pick "trash" over the toys we buy them. You have to love their simplicity... ahhh... it's the little things in life.

LOL I love how Sphynx think that everything we do or get is for them such a cutie! They do love their boxes just like kids do.

Don't I know it! The last box I let him keep for awhile was a big one from ordering dog food in the mail. As an added bonus, it came with all this crinkled up packing paper. He slept in it for days. I finally threw it out because the packing paper and inside of the box started to turn dark brown from all of his oils!

Very cute. I love he is wearing the cardboard ring like a bracelet, haha. I'm not sure I would find it that comfortable to lay on that crinkled paper while naked but they seem to love it!

o that is tooo precious. Graddy never goes for boxes but dangerous plastic bags. I get so mad so now whener we do any shopping we throw the bags away before we get in the apartment or get paper bags

Fantastic pics! Pharaoh has taken over the big box his stroller shipped in. He likes to crouch down inside and peer out from under the flap. It's huge and I hate it just sitting there, but it makes him so happy...he wins

Yea, Sealy's new box is driving me nuts! It's in the kitchen right now and I keep scooting it here and there because it seems to be in the way where ever it ends up. He's having so much fun with it though. I'm on a cleaning spree this morning, doing a deep clean of the kitchen and getting rid of unused appliances, etc. He's there in his box just sleeping away, it's almost like he knows if he doesn't show me he still wants it that I'll throw it out with the rest of the junk. If only he liked the stupid cardboard scratcher/lounger I got him that cost $50 something as much as he likes his free box...

I have the exact problems haha
I come home from the supermarket and place the bag on the floor within seconds i have 2 kittens inspecting the bag and jumping in
