My avatar isn't my baby

so I came on sphynxlair to see what everyone was up to and I noticed my avatar isn't the picture of Dobby, it's a different kitten. Although the kitten is extremely cute it's not mine.. I went to change my avatar and the. It shows the original picture I had, he keep flipping back and forth from my picture to someone else's.. Anyone else have this issue? I don't want anyone to think I stole this picture of their cat.

I see a pic of a sweet little cat in a white blanket, only see his head, eyes closed. Is that Dobby?

It happens a lot of times that I see another photo as an avatar. Sometimes I see my avatar as another photo. @Cleopatra Beers was having this issue with the avatar of @Hairless Blessing.
The funny thing about this thing is that most of the time you're the only one who sees it different. It has something to do with your set ups. When you clear your history it will be back to normal again. Maybe @admin can explain it better!

Here is what I see as your avatar- is that correct? What are you viewing the site with? Mobile phone? Laptop - desk top or iPad?

@admin, I was on my IPad a couple of days ago, and @Hairless Blessing's posts all had the avatar picture of @ZiggyStardust's Gizmo in her signature section where she has a picture of her Izmae (it was not in her avatar). Apparently I was the only one who had this mixup, and I remarked on it in my post; Marcus And The Obstacle Course. I checked several of @Hairless Blessing's other posts that day and the same strange picture mixup occured on all of them on that day. The next day, I looked again, and everything was back to normal. This has happened before with other avatars and pictures in posts, not too often, but often enough to be weird. And I usually only use my IPad to surf the Lair.

Yeah it's all back to normal now but it confused me, I'm still new at the lair and I use my iPhone so sometimes I hit the wrong button so I thought I may have messed it up. Thanks everyone for your help!

Yes, I have seen this on my iPad and iPhone as well, it seems if I clear the cache it goes back to normal. I don't know if its the site or something when viewing with the iPad. I will look into it.
