I've been trying to make sure I am home at a decent hour to pay enough attention to my babies since my last/6 weeks have been so very crazy.

My pal Moses has gone back to "showing me his rug", which means every time I either wake up, leave my bedroom or walk into the house, he runs to the living room carpet and rolls on his back, showing me his belly, so I can run his back and belly. He also likes to have his legs scratched.

Anyway, tonight I came home from work early and Fluffy came out to get fed. No Moses. I called for him...No Moses. I got worried and headed back towards the bedroom so see if he was okay. As I went down the hall, I passed the living room. There he was, in wait for me. He didn't meow or whine or hum. He just sat there on the carpet, patiently waiting for me to come to him to pet him on his rug!

Also,I took these pictures today. I am pretty sure I have never given birth to children. But lately, I have been coming home to a MESS in my dining room. I placed their new blankie from Ziggy's/Gizzy's Mom in front of our heat vent, which they now LOVE. However, it used to be shared by a mat, which is now halfway across the room, somehow SOO many of their toys have migrated into this room, a plastic bag of catnip pillows, a TUB of catnip itself, an EYEBALL, a mouse, a small bear, a worm,and a few other miscellaneous items. Up against the wall where it appearas dark, Moses has made himself a room, its behind my chaise lounge. He sits there every morning, has his own blanket back there, etc. If I call to him and ask "Moses are you in your room?" he hums and comes out for a minute but then goes back.

:LOL: seriously, when things calmed down enough that I noticed this mess, I said to my mom "Did you make this mess when you came over to feed the rats?? ( my moms affectionate name for them). And she said "No, I thought you were making them a little cubbyhole or something". I almost don't want to clean it up, it looks like they put SO much work in to it LOL. :LOL::Hysterical::Woo:

I swear my guys can make a much bigger mess then my "real" kids did anytime. If their not dragging something around they are knocking something over with their big butts, lol!

I swear, when my Fluffy decides to clean off the night stands and counters on her own...then we have a BIG mess!! I'll admit, I'd rather pick up a few toys instead of her mess after she.
"cleans" for me :LOL::Hysterical:

At least you know they keep themselves entertained :Wink: I don't even bother buying mine toys anymore.... They love to play with pens, caps, medicine cups, decore accent sticks, my daughter's toys. Pretty much anything and everything they can that they shouldn't LOL!

Oh and I love the pillow buy the vent. That is one warm and comfy looking sphynx!

I love the blanket by the heat vent. I should try that because my two fight over this one particular spot along the baseboard heater in my bedroom. There's plenty more, but this one spot seems to be special for some odd reason.

I also think it's cute that your guys rearranged things to suit themselves. Sphynx are such resourceful creatures. Finn is forever pulling toys out of his toy box and dragging or carrying them to various parts of the house. If only he would put them back in his box I'd have it made.

In my old place (an apartment) my heat vents blew heat up in the air, just the way they worked. When I bought my new house, the heat vents vent here blow the hot (or cold) air straight along the floor. The bigger difference is here I have hardwoord floors throughout the entire place. So, when it got cold here, I noticed they were constantly sitting in front of the vents, and I thought it might be uncomfortable sitting on the hardwood all of the time! So, I originally put tiny little sheepskin bed inserts that fell out of their old beds in front of the vents. Then I found these little mats, fuzzy ones (the blue thing in the picture) at petsmart, which was perfect because it was flat! And they loved that for a bit. Then, we got that blanket for Christmas, as part of our swap, and Fluffy fell in love. So I switched it out for a bit with that blanket while I was quite busy with a sick friend so they were warm and comfy. They love 4 vents overall, and aren't too picky! Fluffy prefers the dining room or bathroom and Moses prefers the bedroom or behind his chaise lounge in the living room! no fighting!
