My kitten has rash/little lumps, help!!

Hello guys so my 4 moths old boy has got little lumps under his armpits, on his neck , under his chin. It did get itchy today. Day before that he was very lumpy on his face between eyes and ear( I’ll add picture of that “old pic” ) but now the swelling went down and he looks little dry and his skin is rough right there and it got rough as well on his tail. I didn’t change anything in his diet or environment. I went to wet she gave me pills for 3 days( without specifying what’s the cause of his state, she’s not sure, there was no blood draw or anything done just to specify) today is day two of pills but I’m just worried. Is anyone familiar with this case ?? If so I’ll be grateful for any help or advice.

Often we see it can be allergies. cats can get allergies at any point in their life to items they didn’t have problems with before. If nothing has changed in their environment like detergents, new rugs, chemicals it often is food. What is the primary protein in their food…we often see chicken can be the culprit. @Sanderka

If the tablets they gave me won’t work I’ll require a test to check it out then . Thank you
