Nair's second bath! He stayed in the water for about 45 mins total playing with his toys! I hope he continues to like the water!! :Laugh:

The video was so cute and I tottaly envy you! I have one good girl for baths and one possesed by a kitteh demon for the other the minute her toe touches the water! So glad he is liking the water and all those toys no wonder he stayed to play so long

So great nair loves baths. Mimi had her first bath yesterday, wish it had gone better, she ran from one end of bath to the other and desperately tried to jump out. Hoping next time goes better.

Well the first couple weeks that we had Nair he had a bit of a cold so I didnt want to start his bath times yet. We let him play in the tub with his tub toys without any water. He loved it and we gave him treats in there. When it came time for his first bath I filled it up about 2-3 inches of water and got his laser light (which he LOVES) and he followed the laser into the water...he was unsure of the water but couldn't resist the laser light lol! and its been pretty easy from there. He has his second bath last week (the video) and we gace him his 3rd bath last night...he didnt play as much because he was busy doing something else lol but he didnt mind the water at all! Good luck with your baby!

Well, I am more than a BIT jealous---I am a LOT jealous!!! I have been meaning to tell you I think Nair is stunning! I love his coloring, and now he is even adorable playing with his bathtub toys! What a great way to get him used to the tub with his laser toy...you sound like a great cat parent!

Wow!!! Nair what a great video.... looks like he loves bathtime. Mine would never stay in the tub

2 of mine tolerate it very well. They sit rather calm and take it and one of them even purrs but my Oz on the other hand...well let's just say its a good thing his nails are clipped and he uses his voice and not his teeth my 5yr old helps with baths and knows we either do his first or last becasue he's "just difficult" she says.

Glad things are going well, love his markings by the way. What a cutie!

Thanks Susi! Thats a wonderful compliment! I try to make sure all my babies are spoiled! I figured I needed to find a way for him to like/love baths since he will hopefully be taking them for the next 15-20 years!! My siamese on the otherhand just "tolerates it" . But he had to get used to it too since I am allergic to cats! He also lets me shave him a couple times a year! (unfortunately I am more allergic to Nair ) but I dont care- I love him!! :Laugh:

I concur! Takes two of us now to wash Sashimi, and we're always walking away wet and near bleeding! :Worn-out: We try so hard to make it a good experience! I am not jealous at all!

OMG, I must say that this is the 1st bath time video I've ever seen where the baby is actually enjoying the water. Wicked, wicked cute! You're sooo lucky Nair loves the water! Thanx for posting this. I loved it!
